Blueprint with gears and measuring device

Correct alignment of mechanical components in any equipment results in forces applied in designed ways. When equipment is used within the designed range and is kept properly aligned and maintained they can run for many years trouble free. Equipment used beyond capacity and/or un-maintained will eventually fail in some way. Often the first failure isn't noticed.

A minor (or so it seems) misalignment eventually leads to component failures. Bearings, shafts, couplings, gears, sprockets, chains etc. all require precise fitting, alignment and proper lubrication to provide long service.

Machine Service Corporation can develop the preventive maintenance plan you need to keep your equipment maintained. A thoroughly cleaned machine can be inspected easily making potential failures more readily apparent. Too often the accumulation of debris makes it impossible to identify an oil leak, bearing shavings, or a broken part in time to avoid a major repair.

We provide custom design and machine fabrication to meet specific product requirements.

"We were all very impressed with the way you and your son handled the modifications on our three folding machines. From the initial design process, acquiring the necessary parts to the final installation and testing of the machines we felt the entire process was handled in a professional, timely and cost effective manner. A great accomplishment for a project that, as far as we know, has never been done before."—Steve Mattson, Sheridan Sheet Metal Co.
